Every company has its own address

Employees see which company they are signing in to

Business OS opens a separate sign-in page for each company. It can show the company's name, logo and chosen background — before the password is even entered.

Three steps

How to open your workspace

Enter your B-ID (business ID) or company name

On the shared sign-in page, enter your B-ID (business ID) or the exact company name. The system checks that the company exists and is active.

Go to your company's address

Once checked, an address like /company/name opens. You can also get there via a direct link from your administrator.

Sign in with your account

Use the credentials you were given or a quick sign-in method you have set up. Once confirmed, your company's desktop opens.

Real screens

Every company has its own sign-in

The screenshots show two live versions of the sign-in page. The company chooses its own logo and background, and employees see familiar branding before they sign in.

Sign-in methods

Choose an available method

The screens shown include a password and a pattern. Account settings also offer a PIN code and sign-in from a supported device.

Password

The main way to sign in with an employee account.

Pattern or PIN code

Quick sign-in on a device where the employee has set up this method.

Fingerprint and security key

Available only when the device and browser support them and they are set up.

Company branding is set by its administrator. Quick sign-in may not be available on every device.
