BOS Certification: what it does and how it works

Issue people certificates of course completion, diplomas, awards for tournament places, thanks and ID cards. A template is set up once: document type, text with placeholders, signatory, border color, validity period and where it lands in the person's passport — education, sports, creative work, auto. You can issue one to a single person or to a whole group: from the Contacts book, by name or by Business Passport number. If the person has already linked their passport to your company, the document appears straight in the right passport — finish a course and the certificate lands in the Student Passport, win an award at a tournament and it goes to the Athlete Passport, on the first page after the passport details.

By passport number, the person gets “You've been issued a document” and accepts it themselves with “Accept”. The paper A4 form has two QR codes: “Verify authenticity” and “Add to passport”. Anyone can check a document by QR or by number and code: valid, revoked or expired, with the name hidden. A revoked document disappears from the passport and is flagged on verification.
