Passport Connect: what it does and how it works

The company shows a QR — a one-time one on the screen for a client, or a permanent one on a sticker at the counter (reception points). The person points their phone camera, sees which company is asking (and whether it is verified), what exactly, why and for how long, unticks any extra boxes and taps “Allow” or “Decline”. The answer arrives at once. What is received lands in the card in CRM, the patient in Clinics, the student in School or the car in Car Service in one tap: first you see what will be written and what will change, anything filled in without your decision is not changed, and the card is linked to the passport.

It also works the other way: scan the QR from the person's Business Passport or send a request by passport number. Every opening goes into the person's log with the company's name. The owner and company administrators can open it, others with the owner's permission; reception points are set up by a manager. The passport does not replace official documents.
