Meetings: video, minutes and decisions as tasks

After a meeting, what matters isn't the video but the agreements. Meetings creates a meeting in one window: time, agenda, participants — and it appears in everyone's calendar right away. During the meeting — chat, whiteboard, polls and presentations; afterwards — minutes and decisions: a decision with an assignee becomes a task.

For teams, managers and companies that hold meetings with colleagues and customers.

Work tools

What you can do

01

A meeting in one step

Title, time, agenda and participants — the meeting appears in everyone's calendar with a link. You can join from the app, from a notification or by link.

02

Guests and a waiting room

A guest without an account joins by link through a waiting room. Up to eight participants speak on stage, the rest listen.

03

Whiteboard, polls, presentations

Moderators run the meeting, and participants draw on the whiteboard, vote and watch the presentation on a shared screen. You can share your screen and record the meeting.

04

Minutes and decisions

Notes and decisions remain after the meeting; a decision with an assignee becomes a task right away. Transcription works if the company has a generative model enabled.

Practical scenario

Example: a weekly meeting with a customer

  1. 1

    Schedule the meeting

Add colleagues and send the customer a link — they'll join through the waiting room.

  2. 2

    Hold it

Show the presentation, record agreements in the notes and vote on a contentious point.

  3. 3

    Record the decisions

Decisions with assignees go out as tasks, and the minutes stay with the meeting.

Requirements and compatibility

Video and audio go directly between participants; up to eight people can speak at once. Meetings with hundreds of participants would need a separate media server. A recording is saved on the computer of the person recording.

Discuss your needs
Does a guest need an account?

No. A guest joins by link and waits until the host or a moderator lets them in.

Where do decisions go?

A decision with an assignee becomes a task in Tasks, and the minutes stay with the meeting.

Who can end the meeting for everyone?

The host and moderators. The host can mute a participant's audio and camera.
