Calculator: the customer prices it, the order goes to work
Customers want to know the price right away, and managers waste time on the same calculations. The Business OS calculator is built from steps, fields, reference lists and formulas. The customer gets a quote by link, the inquiry goes straight into CRM and Contacts with no duplicates, and the placed order moves on to the warehouse, procurement, tasks and invoices.
For manufacturers and services with made-to-order pricing: furniture, renovation, fabrication, installation.

Right away, after contacts, as a range or after a manager — the company chooses the policy. A quote keeps its version: price changes don't alter old quotes.

3D configurator
The customer assembles furniture from modules, picks the fabric and color, and sees the model in 3D. The diagram and PDF are built from the same layout.

The order moves down the chain
From the inquiry — a deal in CRM, materials reserved and written off in the warehouse, a purchase request, tasks and an invoice. The manager sees cost and margin.

Requirements and compatibility
The owner, administrator and assigned editors set up the calculator. Without the Finance permission, cost and margin are hidden by the server. Ready-made templates exist for furniture companies; other fields are set up for the task.
