Business Catering

A menu by QR code at the table, orders and the venue floor

A module for restaurants, cafés, bars and coffee shops. Chain venues with their own zones, tables and stickers: the guest points the camera at the table and sees that venue's menu — with photos, add-ons and prices, no app to install and no sign-up.

Order board of the “Tyubeteika” sports bar with a waiter call
All floor orders on one screen: new ones from tables, being prepared, served and closed, and a waiter call to table T11 with a countdown.
Overview

Catering: what it does and how it works

A module for restaurants, cafés, bars and coffee shops. Chain venues with their own zones, tables and stickers: the guest points the camera at the table and sees that venue's menu — with photos, add-ons and prices, no app to install and no sign-up. The order goes to the floor and the kitchen, and a waiter call arrives as a notification. The menu is shared, while the look is chosen from ready-made templates and painted in the venue's colors: the same dishes look different at a sports bar and at a coffee shop.

The server always calculates the price, not the guest's phone. A sticker points to the table, not the menu — prices and dishes change, and there's no need to reprint the whole floor.

How it works

How to use it, step by step

  1. 1

Set up the venue, zones and tables, or load a ready-made example with one button

  2. 2

Build the menu: categories, dishes, add-ons, photos and prices, then publish it

  3. 3

The waiter enters an order for a table, or the guest orders themselves through the QR menu, and the order goes straight to the board and the kitchen

  4. 4

The kitchen marks items, and the waiter sees what's ready and serves it

  5. 5

The cashier settles the order, and in the evening the owner reviews the revenue and dish report

Features

What you can do

  • Several venues in one company: each with its own zones, tables, menu and opening hours
  • The floor order board: new, accepted, being prepared, ready, served and closed
  • Waiter orders from a tablet for a table, plus takeaway and delivery if the venue accepts them
  • A call for the waiter, the bill or water from the table arrives as a notification with a countdown
  • A kitchen screen by item: “Start”, “Done”, “Problem” with a description of the delay, filter by station
  • A menu with categories, add-ons (required and optional), badges, weight, volume, allergens and cooking time
  • A stop list with one “Available today” switch, right in the middle of a shift
  • Manual translation of dish names and descriptions into other languages, with the original under each field
  • Publishing the menu is a separate action: guests see the published snapshot, and edits wait their turn
  • Recipes and dish costs, stock checks and ingredient write-offs by recipe
  • Staff assignments: who takes orders, who cooks, who edits the menu and who sees the money
  • Report: orders, cancellations, revenue, payments received, average ticket, cooking and serving time, sales by dish
  • The server always calculates the order price, not the guest's phone
