Student Passport: what it does and how it works

One person, one education record, no matter how many organizations teach them. Student Passport is the personal account of a student, university student and course participant, and the foundation that the School, University and Courses programs run on: the person, their profile in an organization, representatives with a legal basis, programs, periods, groups, lessons, attendance, grades, documents and charges all live in one core, while clients, invoices, calendar and notifications come from existing programs. Sections of the passport: overview, my studies, schedule (all organizations together, in your own time zone, overlaps visible), attendance, performance (each organization has its own scale — there is no single “score for everything”), assignments and materials, documents and certificates, payment, study history, profile and access. A switcher: School / University / Courses / All.

A parent sees their children and switches between them — only what the relationship allows; a teacher sees only the students of their own groups; an administrator sees only their own organizations. A suspected duplicate does not merge records by itself: the pair goes to review, and a merge comes with a log and a rollback. Study at another company is connected with a one-time code and only with the consent of the person or their legal representative; the organization decides what to show, and other companies' employees do not see this information. Requirements for documents and deadlines are the organization's settings, not a promise of legal compliance.
