Courses: what it does and how it works

A program for training centers, language and IT schools, tutors and online courses. Runs on the shared education core: a student is a single record per company, and their studies are visible in the Student Passport alongside school and university. A catalog of programs by field and level, modules with hours, price, duration and terms; teachers, mentors and curators; groups, cohorts and one-on-one study; in person, online and blended — a link to an outside platform, there is no built-in video calling. A conflict-free schedule, in-person and remote attendance, materials, assignments and tests, homework review, progress by module, checkpoints and final assessment.

Applications from the website and CRM, trial lesson, enrollment, transfer between groups, freeze with extension, retake and re-enrollment. Payment in full, in stages and in installments — through core charges and invoices from Invoices; discounts, Promotions promo codes, corporate contracts; refunds and recalculation under the contract as separate operations, the original records are not changed. A certificate with a verification code is issued only when the conditions are met. Analytics: application conversion, teacher workload, completion and retention.
