Construction: Sites: what it does and how it works

The command center of a construction company. A site from a small renovation to a complex with buildings, floors and zones: number, address, country, client from Contacts, CRM deal, manager, deadlines and budget. Stages with deadlines, owners and dependencies; open work, tasks and inspections block closing a stage — the rules are configurable. Work with quantity tracking: planned, done, accepted by the owner, rejected, remaining; the same entry is never counted twice.

Plan vs. actual with a completion forecast based on pace — if there is too little data, the forecast honestly isn’t calculated. Site participants with roles (project manager, site foreman, engineer, procurement officer, accountant, contractor, security and your own), and a contractor sees only their own. Materials — reserve, issue to site and return through Warehouse, a shortage request to Procurement. Money — from Payments, Invoices and Procurement through links, with cost items; completion certificates for accepted quantities go out as invoices, to the client and from the contractor.

Site tasks go to Tasks, events go to the company calendar. Issue summary, history, reports in CSV, XLSX and for print. Estimates, site diary, documents, drawings, quality, contractors and passes plug in as separate apps and appear as tabs in the site card.
