Sports Club: what it does and how it works
Running a sports club end to end. Club members are records in the shared contact book. Plans by term, by number of visits, unlimited and monthly school fees; a membership is sold with an invoice that keeps a snapshot of the terms, Promotions promo codes and coupons give a discount as an invoice line, and payment activates the membership. QR entry that lives 30 seconds and works once: the reception scanner checks the term, freeze, branch, hours and capacity, deducts a visit as one entry and records the reason for any refusal.
Manual entry only with a reason. A freeze within the plan's limits moves the membership end date; refunds go through Approvals. Coaches, halls and their sections, a schedule with no overlaps, booking and a waiting list, attendance marked by the coach, a notification to the parent about a missed class. School groups by dates, monthly charges without duplicate invoices, parents and guardians with confirmation, versioned consents with revocation, a child's data under a special permission with a log.
Equipment with repairs through Tasks, training plans, achievements, a member's personal page with a QR and a parent page by link.

How to use it, step by step

Set up a branch, halls, coaches and plans in the club settings

Add a club member and sell them a membership — payment activates it immediately

Send a link to their personal page: it has the QR for entry

At reception, open “Entry” and scan the QR — the app lets them in or states the reason

Keep the schedule and class bookings; the coach marks attendance

Every morning, check “Today”: who's awaiting payment, whose membership or medical certificate is expiring
